Susan Jean Godwin McCormack 57, of Jeffersonville, NY passed away on September 28, 2019. She was born in Suffern, New York and moved to Deland, Florida in 2014 from Jeffersonville. She was a Registered Nurse and provided care to disabled individuals for many years. She is survived by her daughters; Megan McCormack and Melissa McCormack, both of Jeffersonville, her mother; Doris Godwin of Jeffersonville, her brother; Steven Godwin of Stony Point, New York, grandson; Terrence Hanley of Jeffersonville, nephew; Cody Godwin of Stony Point, her childhood best friend Irene Buckenberger of Stony Point, and her loyal canine companion Pookie. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation and service will be held on November 16, 2019 from 2pm-5pm with a memorial service beginning at 3:00 PM. at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home 5068 State Rt 52 in Jeffersonville, NY. Burial will be held at a later date. Susan's service will also include a memorial for her father Charles Godwin who passed away October 1, 2017.
