Karl Pfeil, Jr.

Karl Pfeil, Jr., 60,  of Youngsville, NY a former Union Laborer died on Friday January 25,2019 at Catskill Regional Medical Center Harris, NY . The son of the late Karl Pfeil ,Sr. and Gisela Selthafner Pfeil , he was born April 25, 1958 at Liberty Loomis Hospital. 
Karl's passion in life was fishing and hunting. He worked as a union laborer for many years.
Karl is survived by his siblings: Johann Pfeil and his wife Jeanette of Fremont Center, NY, Tony Pfeil and his wife Pam of Liberty, NY and Anna Stephenson and her husband Allan of Jeffersonville, NY.  His nieces:  Cindy Pfeil  (God daughter) of Cochecton  and Patricia Brickner and her husband Edward of Glastonbury, CT . His nephews John Pfeil , Jr. of Cochecton, Herbie Sawall and his companion Andra of Callicoon Center, and Mike Pfeil and his wife Angie of Damascus, PA. Karl's great nieces: Katelyn and Alexis Pfeil  and Josephine Brickner  and his great nephew Christopher Brickner and his Aunt Mary Hill of Kenoza Lake, NY and many cousins. In addition to his parents Karl was predeceased by his niece Laura Stephenson.
Friends may call on Wednesday January 30,2019 at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home Jeffersonville, NY from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at St. Georges Church, Jeffersonville, NY. Father Ignatius Vu will officiate. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery Youngsville, NY. 
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Jeffersonville Volunteer First Aid Squad or ASPCA of Sullivan County Rock Hill, NY.
