Howard C. Olsen

   Howard C. Olsen longtime Sullivan County resident a retired Sullivan County DPW Highway Maintenance Worker died Monday December 28, 202 at the Julia Ribaudo 
Extended Care Facility Lake Ariel, PA. He was 87. Son of the late George and Sarah Olsen, Howard was born November 12, 1933 in Fosterdale,  New York.
     Howard was a member of the Neversink Antique Power Collectors Club and spent many hours enjoying old tractors and equipment.
     Howard is survived by his companion and friend Betty Kiltie by his children Della Buley, Howie Olsen Jr. Carol Gillow, Sandy Quiles, by his brothers and sisters Melvin Olsen, Helen Hanslmaier,
Marion Baker and Herbie Olsen. Howard is further survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Howard was predeceased by his childrten Robert
and Donna Olsen and by his brother George Olsen Jr.
     Graveside services will be held on Thursday December 31, 2020 at the Fosterdale Cemetery at 11 AM. Due to Covid- 19 all are required to wear masks and maintain social distancing protocols.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
