Henry Hermann Obituary


Henry E. Hermann of Callicoon a retired Dairy Farmer died Saturday December 7, 2019. He was 84 years old. Son of the late Howard  Hermann Sr. and Tynne Falkenberg Hermann, Henry was born March 21, 1935 in Callicoon.
     Henry was a Charter Member and Past Captain of the Upper Delaware Ambulance Corps, and was also a longtime member of the Hortonville Presbyterian Church.
     Henry is survived by his companion Betty Knack, by his two sons David Hermann(Stephanie) of Cumberland Furnace, TN and Daniel Hermann of Oakland, ME; by two sisters Joyce Brooks and her husband Victor of Callicoon; and Helen Kohrs and her husband John of PA; two grandchildren Eve and Donovan Hermann; and several nieces and nephews. Henry was predeceased by a brother Howard Hermann Jr. and by two sisters Maryann White and Jean McCullough
     Friends may call on Friday December 13, 2019 from 6 to 8 PM at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home 34 Upper Main Street Callicoon.
     The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday December 14, 2019 at the Hortonville Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in the Hortonville Cemetery.
