Edwin Mueller Obituary

Edwin A. Mueller of Beach Lake, Pennsylvania and formerly of Bethel, NY, a retired dairy farmer and lifetime area resident died on Tuesday June 9, 2020 at Wayne Memorial Hospital Honesdale, PA . He was 86. The son of the late Julius and Ida Drewien Mueller he was born August 25, 1933 in Callicoon, NY.

Ed was a member of the Sullivan County Farm Bureau , The Cooperative Extension Service of Sullivan County and served on the board of the Sullivan County Soil and Water Conservation District.

Ed was an avid Brooklyn Dodgers fan and continued to root for the Dodgers after they moved to Los Angeles.

Ed is survived by his wife of 64 years Wilma Hanscom Mueller at home, his children: Deborah Keller and her husband Rick of Jeffersonville, NY ,Robert Mueller and his wife Denise of Mt. hope, NY, David Mueller and his wife Jackie of Damascus, PA, Michael Mueller and his wife Lisa of Hot Springs, MT, Jeffrey Mueller and his wife Angela of Grahamsville, NY and Arthur Mueller and his wife Karen of Glen Spey, NY, his sister Marilyn Calkin of Oneonta, NY 18 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews and many in laws from his extended family in the state of Maine. Ed was predeceased by his sister Gloria Ackermann and his brother Thomas Mueller.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Beach Lake Fire department 1003 Beach Lake Hwy. Beach Lake, PA 18405 or to the charity of ones choice.
