Earlene Barry Obituary

Earlene E. Barry, a lifelong county resident and retired nurse died on March 12, 2019 at the age of 71. The daughter of Harrison Barry Sr. and Eve Barry, she was born April 11, 1947 in Liberty. She graduated Liberty Central High School, attended SCCC and OCCC. She was employed at Grossingers in the Executive Office and New York State Electric and Gas in various positions before making a career change to nursing. In the past she was an avid fisherman and hunter, spent many hours working with and pursuing activities with her father and in the later years they shared a compassion for rescuing animals. She was predeceased by her father, mother, brothers Harrison Jr. & Danny. She is survived by a niece Candace. She was a longtime advocate of various animal support groups.
