Stanley Stefanski

     Stanley Stefanski, 80, died on October 21, 2018 in Houston Texas.  He was born on March 31, 1938 in Piaseczno, Poland.  He was a veteran, having served during the Vietnam War. He lived for many years in Callicoon Center, where he was a volunteer firefighter and owner of Stan’s Exxon.  He was the husband of Elizabeth (Zawislak) Stefanski.  He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; daughters Yvonne Schaeffer and her husband John, and Alice Jamieson and her husband Dean; grandchildren Nicole, Jacob and Darek Schaeffer and Kyle and Sara Jamieson. 
     A graveside committal service for Stanley will be held on Wednesday November 21, 2018 at the Callicoon Center Cemetery at 1PM.
