Paul Eugene Hahn, Sr. passed away peacefully on November 7, 2018 with his family by his side. The son of the late Elmer Edward Hahn and Esther Edith Bietz Hahn he was born on  June 6, 1930 on his family farm in Callicoon Center.
He will be remembered as a hard working dairy farmer, a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, loading bullets and attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
Paul was a member of the Callicoon Center Fire Department for 68 years and a  65 year member of Liberty Lodge # 521 of Free and Accepted Masons.
Survivors include his wife Sharon Diehl Hahn at home, his daughter Susan Pander and her husband Keith of Bloomingburg, NY and his son Paul E. Hahn, Jr. and his wife Heather of Callicoon Center, NY. Three grandchildren: Joseph Gleason, Haley Hahn and Paul Hahn III. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Elmer Hahn and his sister Charlotte Summers.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday November 10, 2018 from 2 to 4 PM at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home Jeffersonville, NY, a memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM at the funeral home Reverend Fred Deekman will officiate. Firematic services by the Callicoon Center Fire Department will follow the memorial service.
