Joan Claire Haddock, 90, of Swan Lake, NY a retired kitchen worker at the former Loomis Hospital in Liberty, NY died on Friday October 26,2018 at Sullivan County Adult Care Home Liberty, NY. The daughter of the late Harold and Clara Johansen Pearce, she was born December 28,1927 in Brooklyn, NY. She was the widow of Frank Haddock.
Joan is survived by her sons: Gary Haddock and his wife Robin of Oneonta, NY and Kevin Haddock of Swan Lake, NY, by her daughter in-law Nadine Haddock of Groton, NY and by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to her husband Frank, she was also predeceased by her son Wayne Haddock.
The Haddock family would like to wish the staff at the Sullivan County Adult Care Center a sincere thank you for the outstanding care afforded to Joan while she was a resident there.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Joan's memory may be made to the charity of ones choice.
