Charles Tremper

Charles Tremper of Youngsville, a retired driver for Sullivan County Transportation died Tuesday August 20, 2019 at his sisters home in Littlestown, PA after a long illness. Charles was born in Liberty son of the late Archibald and Grace Simpson Tremper.
     For many years Charles was a dedicated member of the Youngsville Volunteer Fire Department.
     Charles is survived by his sister Carol Pittenturf and her husband Frank of Littlestown, Pa; by his nieces Irene Vanderbeck, Virginia Roesner, Dawn Simmons, June Link, Theresa Bitner, Jennifer Low and by his nephew John Roesner. In addition to his parents Charles was predeceased by his sisters Eva Roesner and June Peterson by his companion Carol kehrley and by his nieces Donna Walton, and Dolores Love.
     Friends may call on Friday August 23, 2019 at Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home 5068 Route 52 Jeffersonville from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Firematic services by the Youngsville Fire Department will be at 7:30 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 24, 2019 at the funeral home at 11 AM. Burial will be in the Jeffersonville Lutheran Cemetery.
